Delivery
- All our products at SaleFurniture4U include free direct home delivery. Our furniture is transported directly to your home by a specialist furniture logistics business. Their staff are specially trained in delivering furniture and will unpack the article, place as per your request and remove packaging afterwards.
- Please note they do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays.
- All goods ordered by you will be delivered within the Delivery Time quoted from the date of your order, unless we agree with you an extended period for delivery immediately upon receipt of your order. Please always refer to the delivery times quoted for each item, which can be found in the product description box. Should we be unable to deliver within said period, or within any extended period agreed with you in writing, we will if we can offer you a new delivery date. You may accept this offer of a new delivery date but you are under no obligation to do so and you may instead cancel the order and seek a refund of the purchase money paid by you. Such refund will be made to you within thirty days of your request. Please also note that occasionally, the manufacture of your furniture may be delayed. This can be for various reasons such as material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand.
- Unless agreed by a member of staff at SaleFurniture4U, where an order contains more than one item, all items will be delivered at the same time once all items are available.
- Where a delivery date has been agreed with our carrier but the Buyer isn’t present to receive the delivery we at SaleFurniture4U reserve the right to charge the customer a minimum of £25 to cover part of the cost of the failed delivery.
- An order may be cancelled at any time between the placement of the order and 7 working days following delivery of the goods. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing by letter, fax or e-mail.
- Upon delivery an adult must be available at the address to check and acknowledge receipt in a safe and satisfactory condition.
- Risk or loss and damage of product(s) passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of delivery first attempted by us.
- If you are having work done to your home, please be aware that building and decorating projects can be delayed. If you are unable to take delivery of your furniture when it is ready, we will store it for you free of charge for 21 days. Beyond this period, we will charge a storage fee of £25 per week.
- We are unable to deliver to areas outside of mainland UK, for example Ireland, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and the Scottish Islands.
